Celebrating its 43rd year in Woodstock, Joshua's Café and Restaurant is owned by Chef Stefanie Schachter. She took over in 1992 as Joshua Café's second generation chef.

Stefanie's passion for food was ignited at an early age, as she grew up watching her father in the very kitchen where she now presides. The inspiration for her global menu comes from a deep love of travel. Stefanie returns from every one of her worldwide jaunts brimming with ideas of how best to incorporate new tastes into the much loved Joshua's palette. Her Middle Eastern-based menu contains a dazzling array of dishes, some bold and exotic, some classic and cozy.

At Joshua's, we do our best to accommodate all. Whether you live a vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or paleo lifestyle, our knowledgeable staff will help you find the perfect dish.
Our fresh ingredients are sourced as close to home as possible, utilizing local purveyors.
